ZillowVERIFIEDMarisue did a PHENOMENAL job with helping my partner and I find the perfect home. She was our advocate, therapist, shoulder to cry on, and so much more! She was extremely knowledgeable with details of the location, property, buying and closing process, etc. We toured multiple properties with her, before we settled on the home we closed on. Our purchasing process was a little delayed, due to septic issues out of all of our control, but Marisue kept us informed EVERY DAY, EVERY STEP and she put her extreme efforts into getting us to closing. She was beyond patient with us and we're so grateful to her. As first time home buyers we 100% reccomend her!

ZillowVERIFIED Idk where to start :) Marisue was extremely cooperative and patient with me. At my age I thought it was impossible but she stuck through and found a way to close. If you are looking for a HOME I genuinely believe Marisue is the one to get you there. But dont just take my word for it, she has helped several of my friends own their home as well

ZillowVERIFIED Contacted for a house listing, originally called me back right away and told me she was going to be in contact with the realtor. Then we set up a tentative time and then no more information. Try to emailing calling both numbers, cell and office ...Texting voicemail, no response for 2 days.Very disappointing from his supposed highly rated realtor. This is not the way to communicate. I was told by Marisue that the house is not under contract but when I did not get any response from the broker I called myself. Turns out the house was under contract and going for inspection. Summary: disappointed that the realtor could not. Just let me know that the house is under contract instead of just ghosting me on multiple platforms.

ZillowVERIFIED Marisue is very knowledgeable about selling houses and all that goes into it. I was sceptic about selling. She put me at ease. Kept us informed on showings. It was under contract in 6 days for $35k over the list price. From 1st day on market till settlement was 30 days. I had lots of questions about all kinds of things and she had the answers.. She treated us like we were her only clients. I can't promise she can sell your house in 6 days but I can say she will give it her all, get you your best deal and guide you through the whole process. Call her to sell you house and you will not be disappointed. Thank you Marisue for making it an easy sale for us.

ZillowVERIFIED Thank you Marisue for being both patient and available, informative and engaged in the process. She asked all the right questions at the very beginning and always followed up was available every time we called and if she didnt answer (sorry we called a lot) she always got back to us at least via text right away. We looked at so many houses and she never seemed the least bothered at one point we saw four houses each thirty minutes from each other back to back, motivated is a word I would use for both her and her team.
