Hello there! Thank you for taking an interest in my real estate services! My name is Marissa Mars and I've been a full time Realtor for the past 9 years. I'm licensed in both Oregon and Washington. I cover the Portland metro area as well as SW Washington but will travel depending on clients needs and service the Salem area as well. I'm passionate about what I do because it's an honor to be able to use my expertise in guiding my clients as they enter a new chapter in life marked by their purchase or selling of real estate. It's a major life decision that I don't take lightly! Other than that, I'm a true Portland native and wouldn't choose anywhere else in the world to live! Marissa Rowe truly deserves a glowing performance review. In the many months of our house search I had no idea that seeking this information would open up the flood gates a mirid of realtors and lenders that would generate an incredible work load of emails and phones, including contact with over 25 different realtor agents. Which sadly and infuriatingly was largely a waste of my time and effort. They were typically unresponsive or (worse) failed to listen or comprehend and sent me a stream of useless nonspecific information. Marissa was the complete opposite of this main stream behavior. She not only listened, but seemed to immediately get what we were about. She was responsive and timely, giving us useful information. When we finally found the house we bought, Marissa was instrumental in streamlining those communications and making the offer process very smooth and efficient. Marrissa is extremely efficient,my first bid to a home fell through because the owner was not able to sign . Marissa helped me through the steps of starting over to buy a home .she never gave up .she is personable ,professional,knowledgeable and responsive .
