ZillowVERIFIEDMarissa was wonderful! She helped make a complicated process smooth and was very quick to respond when we had questions. We have recommended her many times and will continue to do so.
ZillowVERIFIEDMarissa is very helpful and went out of her way to get us in our home. She has a great attitude and helped us through every step of buying our home and has also answered many questions for our friends in their home buying even though she wasn't their agent.
ZillowVERIFIEDMarissa Lostra is amazing! We went through a few realtors at first that didn't seem to interested in taking the initiative to find what we were looking for. Marissa was different. From our first conversation and showing she identified exactly what we wanted and didn't waste our time showing us homes out of budget or out of our scope of interest. We eventually settled on a home we wanted to buy and she worked around the clock doing her job and everyone else's job as well. She was our advocate when we needed one, a shoulder to cry on at times, and always was a step ahead of the lenders, listing agents, and inspectors. She will be there for you from the beginning to the end of the home buying or home selling process. We aren't easy to please and she exceeded our expectations. Please get a hold of this woman!
ZillowVERIFIEDMarissa was great. She is very knowledgeable about the area and very up to date about the market. Marissa was also very responsive to any of my questions, needs, and able to work with our family with my odd work hours. I would definitely work with her again.
