Brett was a great choice for realtor. Very personable and easy to get along with. He let me set my own pace, helped narrow down selections and helped me dodge some bullets. Marissa and her team were truly amazing, especially working with out-of-state sellers like us. She explained all of the paperwork and process to us clearly, communicated promptly, worked with us to set a fair list price, calmly and professionally helped us navigate through some difficult negotiations, guided us to retain professionals to hold an estate sale and clean the property inside and out, and ultimately obtained an offer that was above asking price. The escrow process was seamless, and the sale closed as scheduled. She was always there at the property when needed, even when we weren't available. It's rare to find an agent you can trust unconditionally, but Marissa is the truly the best!
