ZillowVERIFIEDI cant say enough about Marissa Earls. She has helped us in numerous ways over the last two years. She handled the sale of our two houses, helped with the purchase of land, and assisted us in finding a builder for our new home. It has been quite a process, but thanks to Marissa, it was far less stressful due to her expertise and guidance. She was readily available, super efficient, and very patient with all of our questions. I highly recommend her and would give her 10 stars if I could! If youre in need of a realtor, you cant go wrong with Marissa Earls.

ZillowVERIFIED I was kind of dreading the search for a new home but after finding Marissa, she made it all so simple. I would recommend her to everyone buying or selling a home. Thanks again for doing such a good job and getting us through this so quickly. We searched since September, having multiple houses to look at but when we found the one on January 12th, Marissa had us at closing February 9th. Thats what a good agent does!!!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED We have been working with Marissa for over a year to find the perfect home for our son. Marissa is so easy to work with, and goes above and beyond to assist her clients. She is patient, knowledgeable of the area, and thoroughly enjoys her job. She would alert us of new listings as soon as they became available so that we could schedule a showing quickly if it were something we were interested in. She has good rapport with other agents in the community and would reach out to the seller's agent if we had questions that weren't provided on the MLS sheet. With her help and expertise, our son just closed on his new home! I highly recommend Marissa!

ZillowVERIFIED We have worked with Marissa Earls a couple times now. She helped us sell a home this year, and she went above and beyond to make that happen. She worked very hard for us. Marissa assisted us in buying a lake lot. She showed us the property within 24 hours. She was flexible, prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and so helpful. She followed up to make sure we had all our questions answered. We plan to have Marissa help us sell another home this Spring. We will most definitely contact Marissa again! Highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Marissa did an outstanding job helping me buy my first home. She communicated the process very clearly. Even though the market is currently competitive, she helped me get into showings and make an offer the same day. I would absolutely recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Had a great experience with Marissa. We were from out of the area and didnt know any realtors in her area when a lake house came for sale. She was an absolute blessing in disguise. Very professional, courteous, punctual. And responsive. She did great for us in every aspect of our experience with her representing us. We highly recommend her and if we decide to buy any more property on the same lake we bought our house at we will definetly be going through her. Went above and beyond expectations!
