ZillowVERIFIED As our realtor, Marisol was very knowledgeable and professional. She help us to create a profile of the size and type of house we wanted, our desired location and our price range. Then, based on our criteria, she provided daily listing updates. Once we had some houses that we were interested in, Marisol was very available and flexible in scheduling house tours and in showing houses. We were able to look at multiple houses in and around Austin in a single day. When we found a house that we wanted to offer on, Marisol gave us good feedback on the price and condition of the house and the growth potential of the area. She was able to make offers the same day as the viewing and advised us on how to make our offers as attractive as possible. We were also out of town during some of the offer, inspection and negotiation efforts on the house we ended up buying. Marisol was able to work remotely with us to sign documents and act as a liaison between us and the seller and the seller's agent. Marisol's guidance and knowledge of the market and the home buying process made our experience a very pleasant one.
