Always look into getting pre approved first. Many times people think "we won't qualify." But many times they are surprised because they can qualify. Sometimes it may take some time & work BUT that is the best thing. Because you now have a plan to get to where you need to be if you work hard you can get into your OWN home.
Know that before putting your home on the market you DON'T need to fix or remodel everything.
First time home buyers, Military PCS, Families, people needing to sell due to unforeseen circumstances, buyers looking to purchase homes as long term investments.
A seller that returned with me after purchasing during 2020 and having a virtual everything. Now they are getting ready to PCS. We made a plan and had time to work on putting the home on the market and their move for a certain day. The time frame changed, moved up, from one day to the next which put a tight turn around for us. But we worked hard together and we were able to pull off a successful sale.
I started as a part time assistant/office manager. Learned all the behind the scenes of a transaction. Got licensed about 2 years after assisting.
Recently completed a Texas REALTOR Leadership Program. Participate in our Association Committees.
