I knew Marisa would be the perfect agent for me from our first conversation. Recommended to me by a friend who's opinion I trust, it's very clear why they recommended Marisa. As a first-time homebuyer, Marisa provided a wide variety of materials explaining the home buying process (both written and visual, which I truly appreciate) and explained everything in excruciating detail. She was attentive to my needs and situation and worked hard to find the best home for me. Even when touring a house (which ultimately became my home) that I recommended, Marisa was extremely active in the tour, looking through every nook and cranny to ensure that this was a good investment for me. She has a great team of lenders and inspectors that went above and beyond explaining their processes to me. Marisa was there for the inspection, worked hard on some fixes for the appraisal, and problem solved a financial situation at the 11th hour with ease and efficiency.
