ZillowVERIFIEDMarisa's experience, professionalism, patience, kindness, and work ethic made selling our home as simple and painless for us as it gets. Look no further, you just found a true gem of an agent! Marisa and the great team at Homes by Cusi made my wife and I feel like family. We moved out of state, and we wish we could have taken Marisa with us to find our new home. Her knowledge and experience along with state-of-the-art technology allowed her to analyze every aspect of the current real estate market and present it to us in an easy-to-understand format. We HIGHLY recommend that you get in touch with Marisa Hold Steller and experience the same great outcome we had. -Tom S.

ZillowVERIFIED Marisa is the best realtor my fiancA(C) and I have worked with. She is extremely knowledgeable, ethical, responsive and simply a joy to work with. We went under contract with a property, which upon inspection had toxic black mold. Marisa was patient and helped us to close in a much better property, with $8K in seller credits (Ka-Ching). Her staff and network are outstanding. We are recommending her to our friends. Don't miss the opportunity to work with the best in town

ZillowVERIFIED I can't rate Marisa highly enough. From her attentive and personal service where she really listened to our requirements, to her 'Swiss' efficiency where no stone was left unturned. She was a pleasure to work with and made our purchase about as stress free as it can be. She also has a great team backing her which is very important. Thank you Marisa!

I just loved working with her through every single step finding and finally buying our dream home. I can very VERY highly recommend working with her to find your next real estate investment or home - or to sell your place: she just knows about all and everything - and is a fantastic person to work with! Thank you sooooo much for helping and supporting me and my family! We'll always be very grateful and absolutely appreciative!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I have been working with Marisa for around 5 months now . She helped sell our house in Parkland , for the highest amount ( per all comps ) , in a very shaky market . She is now working tirelessly to help find our next home and has not complained once . Not once and is always there for us !! Thank you so much Marisa for bringing integrity and hard work back to the Real estate market . It's been sorely missed .

ZillowVERIFIED We were so fortunate to have found Marisa when we came few months ago to Parkland to look for a house. As our Realtor, she helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. She was always on our side working to make our house rent as fast and successful as possible. The best part about working with Marisa was that she was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than she was on closing a deal. We would recommend her to anyone. Keep up good work! ??
