You can have full confidence in Marion and her team. They absolutely know what they are doing and will guide you through all the details. Her recommendations for last minute improvements and staging were spot on. We sold our house in just a weekend, with multiple offers and walked away with a final sale price well above asking! I have known Marion for several years and have always known her as a woman with integrity and drive. Marion and her team are great professionals, making the sale of our townhouse as smooth as it could possibly be. We chose Marion with MoveWithMarion to sell our home after we saw how well she conducted an Open House for a neighbor. Marions enthusiasm for her clients home was amazing and right away we knew she was a high performance realtor. We were not disappointed we hired her; our home was on the market for 3 days, received 7 offers, and our final price was far and away over asking! Marion exudes passion for her work and it is clear she absolutely loves what she does. She has mastered the art and science of a sale, but also very much understands the personal aspect behind it all.
