Every showing felt like hanging out with a friend who just happens to know everything about inspections, school districts, resale value, and which neighborhoods have the good coffee shops. As first time home buyers we had a lot of questions and insecurities on where to put our money or to even risk it all etc, but Mario helped us understand every step we took in the home buying process he was patient and kind no matter what we asked he would always have an answer and if he didnt he will find out and get back to you as fast as he possibly could.So enough said I strongly recommend Mario to anyone he is 100% going to stick with you through the ups and downs.
