ZillowVERIFIEDMario was great to work with, we looked at about a dozen houses before I closed. He was very responsive and provided a lot of clarity as a first time buyer. Often would see a new house listed and next day we would go out and look at it. He provided valuable information regarding different houses we went to look at, it was nice to have someone experience who has a genuine interest in real-estate and what to look out for. He also has a lot of great reliable vendors from inspectors, plumbers, electricians, roofers etc, if you need someone he has a list of names and has already vetted them through prior deals, due to this we were able to do all inspections within 2 days in the option period because we already had people lined up and ready to go. I'd recommend Mario to any friends or family.

ZillowVERIFIEDAbsolutely horrible, agent was completely misleading about the disclosure I signed to see the property, agent downplayed the pros of the property and embellished the faults of the property, agent had little or no knowledge of the surrounding properties. And has now stopped answering my phone calls. Horrible experience.
