I interviewed three of the top listing agents in my area and Mario had the most detailed plan. He executed the plan perfectly.Mario made arrangements to have the property look its best, and then (once we had a firm offer) also made arrangements to have repairs made so the property would qualify for the buyer's FHA loan.I literally did not have to lift a finger once I listed with Mario. I had a full price offer and closing just seven weeks after the property was listed.I would recommend Mario to anyone who wants a realtor that will explain the pros and cons of each step in the process. His experience, initiative, and professionalism are amazing.

I can say that - without a doubt - Mario has proven to be the most proactive, involved and effective agent of them all. Most agents simply passively post your property on MLS and wait for buyers to come alongaEUR|NOT Mario. In my most recent property sale, I had my condo on the market for 6 months with another agent with only a few showings and minimal activity. I then stumbled onto Mario and switched to give him a try. Mario immediately took charge and came up with a plan. He went to the property, made a few key physical improvements, listed and marketed the property and within 3 weeks I had an offer and we closed shortly thereafter.Marios communication, even over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, was superb and, since I was living across the country from the property during the sale, he served as my eyes and ears locally. Mario assembled a team of construction professionals that very quickly repaired and renovated the property, and the cost was a lot less than we expected. When the home was placed on the market it sold quickly and for more than we were expecting. The fact that they are a "Homes for Heroes" participant was just icing on the cake. In each case, the renters he found were well qualified and our home was never unoccupied for more than a couple of days.
