ZillowVERIFIED They were extremely helpful when we were on our journey to find our new home. We received hundred of houses we could look at weekly through our email according to the description we desired in a home. They filtered options according to what we liked and disliked about each house. They actually took one whole Saturday and showed us 10 homes hoping we would find our match. During the signing, Mario stuck strongly to what we negotiated and fought for the best solutions.

ZillowVERIFIED In an extremely slow housing market, Mario & Stephanie came up with several out-of-the-box ideas to market our house. Two of the ideas finally did the trick to sell the house; lowering asking price below estimated market value and selling via a land contract. Now we don't have to worry about that mortgage anymore. They were quick to respond to my questions and concerns via phone, e-mail & text, at various times of the day & night and met us and the buyers at the house to sign closing paperwork within 24 hours of us requesting a sooner closing date (at the mutual urging of the buyers).

The property and house was mixed into a very complicate Will, with heirs from other states, many of whom I have not heard from in years. Mario took all the information and began tracking down what needed to be done to complete the sale in a timely manner. He was always next to his phone when I needed to call him, or via email. This was a very complicated sale, one that took him just a few short weeks to complete and meet my deadline with plenty of time to spare.
