Mario is extremely knowledgeable and connected in the communities he works in. His communications are great as he answers every phone call, he returns text messages immediately and answers every question. If there is a problem he solves it. I am typically conservative in giving reviews.....I don't think that everyone deserves a great review only an honest one. Mario Bottieri is a 10 out of 10. I trust Mario completely. If you can chose your agent then choose Mario...plain and simple...the best!

ZillowVERIFIED I took a wild, random guess when I chose Mario Bottieri from a list of real estate agents on Zillow and I must say, I won the lotto. I had already been through 2 agents who were either never available or who sent me "computer generated listings", over and over. No personal contact. And then came Mario. My initial contact with Mr. Bottieri was by telephone. In order to personalize his search, he asked me relevant questions. The next day, he sent me a group of listings. I realized that my responses were ambiguous so I contacted him again, giving him a more specific requirements and then, boom! 2 days later, he sent me information on a house that was perfect for me and my family. Mario was very involved in all the stages from bidding to closing. What I was really impressed with was that at the stage of the "bidding" and lawyers review, Mr. Bottieri was professional, sympathetic, knowledgable, and something that was priceless, he was AVAILABLE! There was never a time when he didn't respond to my queries within 10 minutes! Buying a house is a stressful process. Having Mr. Bottieri as my agent was, without a doubt, one less thing to worry about, and someone who made the process as smooth as possible. (and after the house was purchased, he gave us a house warming gift!!! My lawyer didn't even call to congratulate me.....)Thank You Mr. Bottieri from the bottom of our hearts

ZillowVERIFIED Mario is phenomenal!1. He helped us negotiate offers from 2 buyers, and we ended up with a sell 12,000 over asking. 2. After we lost a home we wanted to a cash offer from another buyer, Mario connected us with a realtor who had 2 properties she was about to list in a community that we wanted to live in. We offered them full price plus 3000 at Marios suggestion. He encouraged us to write a letter of desire to the homeowner, who chose us over another offer based on these 2 factors. 3. When the buyers on our property wanted to move in the morning of the closing rather than what was originally negotiated for the following day, Mario actually came over and moved the odds and ends we still had with us and got us out of there so the new owners could move in, within 2 hours. 4. Mario actually took one of the windows on the property we were selling to a repair shop to replace a pain, then brought it back and installed it. He repaired a window latch that was broken and installed 3 new smoke and CO detectors. We are so blessed and honored to have worked with such a fantastic businessman, yet even more so that Mario truly is an exceptional and caring person.
