ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home buyer, my wife and I had the wonderful pleasure of meeting every realtor you can think of, all promising to help us choose the home best fitted for our needs and offered their personal numbers to be called upon any time of the day or night for any questions or concerns I had. Not a single one gave me the sense they really wanted to help and missed calls or texts were seldom responded to, sometimes in excess of 4 days, often with a dry response used to try and push me closer to that sale. That is, until we met Mariness. Mariness was there to help us in every step of the process in building and buying our new home. Throughout our process, she truly was available to be called upon anytime day or night. Mariness is wonderfully humorous to speak to and was extremely knowledgeable in her field of expertise. ZillowVERIFIED Mariness was great to work with! We decided to just go looking at homes in SCV during Covid since we realized our home was not enough for us to survive any more prolonged lock downs. She spent a lot of time getting to know our specific preferences and made sure to hone in on properties that included almost everything on our wants list. She also helped us to realize what was really important on our list and what we could compromise on. Our list was extensive since we would only move for the perfect or close to perfect home. She found the home we ended up buying and told us we needed to see it asap because it was a very competitive area and homes of this size and quality in this specific tract are hard to come by. We put in an offer with recommendations from her and we got it over other multiple offers! We got the first home we put an offer on. She and her team were very responsive and answered all of our questions throughout the whole process. Even after the deal closed she went above and beyond to help me with forms when I decided to sell my old home without the use of agents. Also giving us good recommendations and referrals. She really meant it when she said she was in it with us for the long run and would help out with any future needs. I also really appreciated that she wore a mask appropriately at all times and kept good social distance. She is so friendly and knowledgeable and was great to work with her and her team.
