I'd like to take a moment to introduce you to Yoo Realty Group. I originally came to Madison to become a police officer in 2004. During my rookie year, I happened to bump into a former college classmate who was a Realtor in Madison. After buying my first home using her expert services, I ended up falling in love with the area and my Realtor and married her! After several years of watching Michelle enjoy running her own business, use creativity in finding buyers their new homes, and satisfaction in helping people with a major milestone in their lives, I decided to take over the team while Michelle focuses on raising our children. I'm very glad to be able to raise my kids in such a unique area. When not spending time with family and friends, I like to relive the glory days in an Old Buzzard rec hockey league. I act as team manager, helping agents improve their skills on a daily basis and adhere to our high standards. Our listings coordinator is responsible for all of the paperwork and marketing from the time the paperwork is signed until your home hits the market. With her eye for detail you can be assured that your home is marketed at the highest level. Our transaction coordinator works with you from the time of accepted offer until you move into your new home. She reviews paperwork, keeps on top of deadlines and makes sure that the office runs smoothly so we can focus on you. We also have a graphics designer, a professional home stager and a professional photographer who work with us when you list your home to ensure it stands out above the crowd.
