Marina did an absolutely phenomenal job selling our home. She came in and walked through our home giving us tips and tricks from staging our home, to cleaning up, and putting things away to make it sell faster. She has years of experience with being a top seller for her company. We noticed that as soon as we would see her face in our housing area within days a property would be under contract. We knew years in advance we wanted her to sell our home. Marina brings with her such knowledge and professionalism. She has an entire team of individuals that she can refer for any needs you may have. For instance, we needed our front door painted. We needed a professional cleaning team to come in to clean the master bathroom. We needed a handyman to repair a transition strip between tile and carpet and in every instance, she knew who to call and it got taken care of. She has a professional photographer come in to do the photographs for the listing. She listed our home and within TWO DAYS we were under contract. We would definitely recommend Marina, and we have told several friends about her for when they are ready to sell in the future. She was extremely responsive with every email and kept up updated in the entire process. We were extremely happy and received full asking price.
