About Marina Tolentino
Marina Tolentino is an Oahu-based REALTORA(R) who has helped over 100 families relocate to and from Hawaii, with a sales volume exceeding $92 million. As a Coast Guard veteran spouse, she is passionate about serving the military community and currently serves on the board of the Association of the United States Army (AUSA). Marina's expertise and story have been featured in Real Producers Magazine, and she hosts "The Work Like A Mother" podcast, where she equips busy moms with practical encouragement and faith-based insights.
As a military spouse and former renter, Marina understands the challenges of relocating to and from Hawai'i. She specializes in working with military families PCSing to and from Hawaii, using their VA loan, and first-time home buyers ensuring they feel confident and informed throughout the process. Her ability to balance strategic negotiation with a keen eye for design allows her clients to maximize their home's value-whether buying, selling, or investing.
Beyond real estate, Marina is a business owner and community leader. She and her husband run multiple ventures, including Tolentino Honey Co., selling raw Hawaiian honey.
When she's not serving her clients, you'll find Marina homeschooling her kids, managing her family's farm, or sharing insights on business and mom life through her podcast, Work Like a Mother.
