ZillowVERIFIEDMarina Solo listed our home in Lakewood Ranch around the first of January 2025, and sold it on February 24th of 2025. This is remarkable given market conditions in Florida, and we attribute this relatively quick sale to Marinas efforts and approach. Marina is a pro in every sense of the word. There are no agents working harder than Marina Solo. She thoroughly understands the many nuances of the real estate business which is so important in Florida where many agents work part-time and do not treat the profession seriously. Marinas marketing material is the best weve ever seen and perfectly represented the positive attributes of our home. She consistently communicated where things stood and was excellent at calming our nerves during such a stressful and uncertain time for my wife and me. Marinas approach is to focus on sellers only rather than representing both buyers and sellers. This allowed Marina the time to attend every showing. The buyers agents are often unfamiliar with the details of the homes they are touring with the buyers, so Marinas presence at every showing allowed her to stress our homes attributes and address objections from the prospective buyers in real-time. We will never list another home in the future without the agents full commitment to participating in every showing. And you would never want to be on the opposite side of the negotiation table from Marina. She is a tough and tenacious negotiator and delivered the best possible deal to my wife and me. We also appreciated working with Ewa Kolakowski in preparing our home for sale. She is part of Marinas team and understood exactly what changes needed to be made so our home would stand out in this crowded market. We have moved back to Indiana so we will probably not have a chance to work with Marina again, but she set the standard for what we will look for in realtors in any future transactions. She gets our highest and most enthusiastic recommendation.

ZillowVERIFIED Marina is a very very personable and pleasant person to work with. She cares about you as much more than just a client......she values you as a personal friend. She works with you not just for you. Even after the seller / buyer relationship has terminated, she still continues to reach out to you to inquire as to your well-being. I will definitely use her again if the need arises.

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot describe how great our experience has been with Marina from beginning to end. She is a complete professional and not only got our home ready for market, she handled every detail from the move to the final cleaning. Her attention to detail is unmatched and she kept us constantly informed. Any questions, texts or emails were answered within the hour -- even when she was out of town at her son's birthday on the West Coast. She treated us like we were her only client and we asked a lot from her! Cannot recommend highly enough.

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Marina for a few years and she helped me to sell four properties. This is a hardworking women, she always answers her phone, always available to help. She is honest, sincere and very knowledgeable in her industry. Marina is a giver, she donates her earnings to many organizations to fight a human traffic, building schools in Guatemala or supporting PregurU. If will you meet Ms. Solo and have an opportunity to work with her, I promise you will not be disappointed.

ZillowVERIFIED Although there are hundreds of realtors in this area there is only ONE that had the professionalism ,expertise and perseverance to expeditiously sell my house and that realtor is Marina Solo. After two long frustrating years with two well respected realtors resigning their services to sell my home I was fortunate to find Marina Solo. Marina told me from the first day she would get the house sold and she delivered her promise. With many challenges and obstacles during the listing process involving attorneys and other professionals Marina handled every situation. I would highly recommend Marina to represent any listing with any circumstances.

ZillowVERIFIED Marina was amazing! She assisted me in selling a house and buying another in a very short period of time. She was always available to help with complicated finance questions, gave personal advice based on years of experience and toast after the deal closed. I always felt like she was in my corner and looking out for my best interest. What more could you ask for in a real estate professional?

ZillowVERIFIED Marina and her team did an absolutely amazing job! We found our home, had all the inspections and tests done and closed in 3 weeks! Marina went the extra step not only to get us the best deal possible, she also gave us solid advice on home warranty and other things. Her personality is ALWAYS positive and she is easy to work with. After working with many realtors on the sale of several homes and in search of others my wife and I can say she is the BEST we've ever worked with. Her sense of humor and her personal story are a bonus!
