ZillowVERIFIEDI found Marilyn through a house I inquired about through Zillow. Marilyn called me within minutes of my inquiry. We schedules a meeting to view the house I was inquiring about, as well as three more similar homes in the area. I met Marilyn at her office (Weichert Realtors) in Knoxville and she drove me to all four locations where we viewed the homes, while educating me on many aspects of the area (I was coming to the area from Boston).I knew the home I wanted (which is the one I purchased), but know had to sell my home back in the Boston area. This process took three months and during that time, Marilyn kept in-touch with me on a weekly basis. My wife drove down to Knoxville to explore the area and during that time Marilyn showed the home I wanted to her, as well as showed her the area twice!Once we sold our home Marilyn helps with the home inspection, the termite inspection as well as several other items (contact for electric, cable, internet, etc...).Prior to closing Marilyn performed a walk through with us and noted several items that were not completed, according to our contract and negotiated a deduction of the selling price.Our closing when smooth and we are now very happy owners of a beautiful log cabin.I would recommend Marilyn to anyone who is looking for a home in the greater Knoxville area!
