We were able to do a few in-person tours with her, and that's when we found our house. Once we were under contract, the process was very smooth. She was almost always available if you texted her, and even in our first appointment, where I hadn't even met with her yet, but she was willing to work with me and make a last minute appointment to meet. She definitely kept my needs (and my family's) in mind when helping me select a house and was very comfortable with Astor, even inviting him to the closing process and keeping in mind that he might like a coloring box. There were a few things about the process she was unsure about but always knew how to get the answer, and I could really tell she was giving her interactions with me and my family her all. She was a very open and warm person to work with and I honestly enjoyed working with her.

ZillowVERIFIED I contacted Marilyn through the internet from several selections and filled out a brief summary of my interests. She responded back with personal emails and put me on an alert list of new properties for sale that fit my criteria. We met twice to further determine the properties I would be interested in. As I notified her of properties I wanted to actually look inside, she would make an appointment to visit the house within a few days (good realtors are always busy) and was always on time. Once I picked a house, Marilyn made sure all the paperwork was ready to sign and we closed in a few weeks (I paid cash). She even negotiated a discount on the list price of just over 15% (again, I paid cash, in full). You won't be disappointed!
