ZillowVERIFIED Marilyn was a consummate professional who's experience in the local market was evident. We sold my parents house and there were 4 owners in 3 different states, not an easy task to coordinate. Marilyn was helpful in so many ways, going above and beyond the call of duty even on move-out day. She was a pleasure to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED I requested info online on a property for sale in a sub division of interest, Mrs. Morris quickly responded with requested info plus several other matching properties and scheduled a showing. Mrs. Morris also shared some pointers which I still share with others to help them.

ZillowVERIFIED Marilyn handled every aspect of marketing our home with expertise and concern for our best interests. She was there personally for most showings, assisted us in finding service personnel to help make our home as fresh and appealing as possible, kept us constantly updated on progress, and met with tradesmen at our house if we were unable to return to town for a meeting, She was always optimistic and encouraging, allowing us to be relaxed and confident during the marketing of our home.

ZillowVERIFIED Marilyn was very helpful in selling my parents home. Both my parents have Alzheimer's and Marilyn was very patient with them and provided all the details in very simple terms. She did a great job marketing their home and it sold their house in about a month.

ZillowVERIFIED Marilyn's knowledge of the area and the local real estate market was very important to us, being absolute newcomers to Central Florida. Because we were not in the US for most of the home-buying process, communication was of great importance. Much of the process was via the internet. She was always prompt to answer our questions and to keep us updated. We appreciated her patience with us as we worked through the details.

ZillowVERIFIED Marilyn Morris was kind enough to show me two houses eventhough I had not sold my house in WV. She was very professional gave me prepared handouts on the houses I looked at. If I am lucky enough to sell my house and move to FL, I will certainly use her as my agent.

She was very helpful in recommending the people and services we needed. She always returned our calls quickly, and answered our many questions. After we moved into ours home she called to be sure all was well and asked if we had any problems. Not only is Marilyn our realtor, but consider her our friend. ZillowVERIFIED Marilyn has very good knowledge of the area and can be a great help in selecting a community that will fit your needs. During the purchase process she was very proficient and answered all our questions and concerns very quickly, she was always just a phone call away. I might add that we were able to do all the paperwork for our purchase electronically while living up North and closed on the house the day after we arrived. She was very helpful in lining up the people we needed to work with to close on the house without a hitch.

ZillowVERIFIED We currently live out of state. We selected Marilyn to help us find our second home based on reviews from other buyers and sellers who had used her. She not only lived up to her reviews, but surpassed them. She was exceptionally responsive to emails at all hours of the day, adjusted her schedule whenever needed to support our schedule, came well prepared every time we flew to Florida to see properties, and handled all details and panick attacks, associated with closing, with absolute finesse!I HIGHLY recommend Marilyn to anyone seriously looking to buy!

ZillowVERIFIED Marilyn is a real pro! We had her taking us around for 2 Winters. The first Winter was u=just for us to look at communities and see what kind of housing is available down here. The second Winter we got really serious about 2 communities and had to narrow it down to the one we are are in. She showed us each house we request4ed (some real dogs in that group) and then showed us ones she found that fit our needs and budget. She knows the area street by street so could keep us viewing places that fit our must haves. She never got put out, she was never too busy and she got us into a better house than we ever expected because she could negotiate so well.

ZillowVERIFIED Marilyn is a true professional in every sense of the word. She came fully prepared for our first meeting. She had my home listed that day and had showings the very next day. Because of her due diligence my home was under contract in just 8 days. She is extremely knowledgeable, always available, and very conscientious. She will work 24/7 for you. When people say to me, " I heard you sold your home in 8 days, I reply with two words,"Marilyn Morris".

ZillowVERIFIED Marilyn helped my husband and myself buy, then three years later sell a property in Legacy of Leesburg, Leesburg FL.Considering Marilyn is not a FL native, she has extensive knowlege of the area, and has great knowledge of the home models in Legacy in particular. She is a hard worker and a good realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED After interviewing several agents before we placed our house on the market for sale, we felt Marilyn made the best presentation of our property to the market. We found her to be both professional and personable in her dealings with us and with the people looking at our home for purchase. We believed that she dealt with us honestly, and likewise with potential buyers. We also found her to be realistic in her assessments of the strong points and weak points in evaluating the worth of our property. We have no hesitation in giving Marilyn our strongest endorsement to anyone selecting her as their real estate agent. Bob and Pat Edwards

ZillowVERIFIED We are a younger couple, so most people didn't take us very seriously. Marilyn, however, was very nice and open-minded. We told her what we were looking for and that's exactly what she found for us. She didn't try to change our minds and show us houses that we were not interested in. Marilyn works hard to ensure you find what you're looking for. I would highly recommend her on your next home search.

ZillowVERIFIED I was looking at homes long distance, as we are from western NY and were interested in buying in Florida. Marilyn was an absolute pro! ANY questions I had about homes, the area, and many other details... she answered right away. She was very patient with our MANY questions. When we went down to actually look at the homes, she had everything arranged for us. She was VERY skilled in negotiations, and very helpful with the many details and questions that we had about home ownership in another state. We were able to find/get a home we love thanks to Marilyn. I would highly recommend her, she is a true professional.
