Review I would not think about using a different Realtor. Marilyn was great. As a out-of-town seller, she was able to manage everything and was excellent on keeping me informed of the progress. Our home had 13 showings, 4 or five offers within the first 5 days. Our house sold for more than asking price. If the opportunity ever exists, I would definitely use Marilyn again and will recommend her to anyone who wants a professional, courteous, and personable Realtor.Fantastic person.

Review I meant to post this awhile ago, and I'm embarrassed that it's taken me so long to get it done. Marilyn was amazing to work with. We were extremely nervous first time home buyers. Marilyn held our hands every step of the way. When we would try to get nervous about things she was able to quickly calm our nerves. She showed us lots of houses online, and in person. She helped us figure out what we should be looking for and let us know if she saw something she felt we should walk away from. We always felt like she was 100% on our side and looking out for our best interests. When it came time to negotiate for our house, she made sure that we understood everything that was going on. She told us when we should ask for more, and advised us on when she thought we should let something go. I would recommend Marilyn to anyone who might be looking for a new home. We really couldn't have asked for a better person to help us through the home buying process. :)
