This was my first home sale, and Mia was an amazing guide throughout the journey. She was well informed on the housing market and neighborhood. Although the market was tough, she did not relent. She had buyers lined up every week coming, and was communicative throughout. Any time I called or texted I would get an immediate response. This is not the first transaction we have worked with Mia on. This time, we were selling a condo. The condo market got more challenging as each month went by, but Mia was on top of it. We talked about our strategies together, and she followed up with inquiries. In the middle of the transaction, the buyer had to switch their finances from investment to second home purchase. Mia dealt with all of that with tenacity and patience and did everything she could to ensure the completion of the transaction. She advocated for us during all of the negotiations, etc. She did a great job. We want to thank her for helping us close the deal on Nov 14, 2024! We highly recommend Mia for your real estate needs. She will get the job done no matter how easy or challenging it is.
