ZillowVERIFIED This was my first home sale, and Mia was an amazing guide throughout the journey. She was well informed on the housing market and neighborhood. Although the market was tough, she did not relent. She had buyers lined up every week coming, and was communicative throughout. Any time I called or texted I would get an immediate response. I would highly recommend her to any potential buyer or seller because she brings a wealth of knowledge, energy and tenacity needed to guide any buyer and seller through the home buying/selling process.

ZillowVERIFIED This is not the first transaction we have worked with Mia on. This time, we were selling a condo. The condo market got more challenging as each month went by, but Mia was on top of it. We talked about our strategies together, and she followed up with inquiries. In the middle of the transaction, the buyer had to switch their finances from investment to second home purchase. Mia dealt with all of that with tenacity and patience and did everything she could to ensure the completion of the transaction. She advocated for us during all of the negotiations, etc. She did a great job. We want to thank her for helping us close the deal on Nov 14, 2024! We highly recommend Mia for your real estate needs. She will get the job done no matter how easy or challenging it is.

ZillowVERIFIED It was a great experience to have Mia as our realtor. Mia is always thinking ahead and made suggestions on our best interest. The care and love she puts in what she does is obvious, therefore, the process is transparent, trustworthy and pleasant. Through her work, she supports the LGBTQ+ community and its allies.

ZillowVERIFIED I was fortunate to find her in a listing of hers. She was very helpful in making appointments on the homes I wanted to see. I am from out of state, and only had 3 days to get a deal done. We found the house, made an offer, and she helped get it accepted the following day. She is very responsive and will assist you in your purchase to make it as seamless as possible. Mia made buying a house out of state very easy for me. Great experience, would highly recommend if you are thinking of buying a Florida winter home.

ZillowVERIFIED Mia went above and beyond throughout the whole process to make sure we were taken care of. From sun up to sun down (and even after that) she is working for her clients. The for sale sign wasn?t even in the yard yet and she already had the house being advertised! We had offers in no time. I could not be more grateful for what she did for my family, and I made the absolute best choice when selecting a realtor to sell my home. I will recommend Mia to everyone I know, and I will never work with any realtor other than her.
