I recall sitting on a mattress in Costco biting my nails as an inspection was going on in that home, and moving to a place where we knew no one, as well as assimilating our daughter. That gave me the incentive to not only get the job done here in NJ, but to never forget what a seller/buyer is going through, and making sure that takes up equal space - home sales are emotional and our job is to make it smoother and easier for our clients, and respecting their life situation.
