ZillowVERIFIED Marie Tanabe is just an awesome agent and an awesome person, as well. I knew right away that she was honest and trustworthy, two very important traits to a buyer when you are trying to purchase a property from 1,000 miles away, sight unseen. She provided a step-by-step list of things I was responsible for and a detailed time line of what to expect throughout the process. Marie's experience in the local area provided us with a complete list of qualified professionals that we needed along the way: lender, plumber, electrician, pool repair, handyman, painter, etc. Things turned out just the way she said they would and just the way we wanted. Thanks Marie!

ZillowVERIFIED Coming from out of state, Marie went above and beyond to make sure our transaction went smoothly. She always had a positive attitude no matter what we encountered. She is very well organized and prepared as well as very accommodating. Her communication goes beyond the real estate transaction. She makes sure we have anything we need now that we are Floridians, help with shutters, recommendations for painters and repairs, or fabulous neighborhood restaurants. Marie is beyond an outstanding realtor, she is now a friend of our family.

ZillowVERIFIED If you are looking for a phenomenal real estate agent to help you in Abacoa, I highly recommend Marie Tanabe. She sold our home in less than a week at our asking price (after a year on the market with various agents including me). She navigated the negotiation, appraisal, inspection, and closing process beautifully and with little effort from me. Buyer loved her as much as I did. She is the best I encountered in seven years of dabbling in the south Florida real estate market as agent, buyer, and seller. I recommended her to a work colleague who is moving into the area from out of state. He and his wife were blown away at her ability to hear their needs/wishes and show them only those houses that aligned. She is as good on the buying side as the selling side. If you are selling or buying, definitely call her first!!!

ZillowVERIFIED I have known Marie for many years but just had the first opportunity to use her services. There was never any question who I was going to use for our recent real estate sale. She has an unparalleled reputation for excellence in our area. I was not disappointed. Marie is on top of every detail, communicates everything, and makes a real estate transaction a completely user friendly process, which is saying a lot.

ZillowVERIFIED I highly, highly recommend Marie for all your real estate needs. in addition to knowing Marie professionally for many years as a great business partner prior to my recent retirement, I have worked with her when buying a home and she represented me when I sold the home. She is always there for me when I need athe name of a high-quality, reputable professional whether it be to fix a plumbing need or paint the house and she continues to respond whenever I need help. She sold my home in Jupiter before any other house in the neighborhood, using beautifully made photos and helping me stage the home to attract the highest offer. Marie is a wonderful person and I have always been proud to recommend her to personal and professional friends. I know they will be given the same excellent service she gave me and I have never been disappointed.

ZillowVERIFIED I have worked with Marie over the last 4 years. My home in Florida was purchased though her. She found me a great place in my budget and communicated with me via video and email to get me to the point I was ready to fly down and take a look at a specific property to make an offer. She was very goo at listening to what I wanted and finding me the design and value I wanted. You would not be disappointed working with Marie.

ZillowVERIFIED I selected Marie after seeing who was doing the best job of selling houses like mine. She suggested that we stage the house which we did. Marie already had clients and other Realtors with clients searching for my type of house so she had two bids after the first weekend on the market. I closed for cash less than two weeks later. Amazing! Marie knows her market well. If you follow her advice you'll be able to buy or sell with confidence. Greg Barmore

ZillowVERIFIED Marie Tanabe provided us with exceptional service regarding the sale of our property in Florida. She was very knowledgeable about the market, provided excellent support and guided us patiently through the sales process which was particularly important given that we are UK residents. She demonstrated professionalism every step of the way and was very responsive in communicating with us overseas. We had full trust in her and she negotiated a very good outcome for us. ZillowVERIFIED Selling a house is an emotional undertaking. Throughout it all, Marie offered guidance, consistency, and assurance. There were positive, remarkable construction nuances of the house, and it was important to us that these be well communicated to prospective buyers. Marie even worked with our contractor to be sure she understood these details. As our attorney stated, "Marie is the most professional realtor I have ever met." I would highly recommend Marie.

ZillowVERIFIED Marie has been a delight to work with. She had our home (in the great Valencia neighborhood of Jupiter, Florida) sold in 2 days !! She guided us through the preliminary processes of getting the house ready for the market, she was honest with us all along the way and she communicated with us extremely well. She is a true professional and I/we would recommend her to anyone who would like to request a reference. She negotiated well on our behalf, while being very respectful to the buyer. Her follow up skills are really great and her demeanor is very, very positive. Best real estate agent in Palm Beach County....period !

ZillowVERIFIED My family and I moved to the Palm Beach Gardens area when relocating for work. We luckily found Marie one day when out looking for homes in the area. When we met Marie, we were running out of time on our Relo benefit and Marie jumped into action to help find a place that we love. She handled all of the details, the negotiations, the paper work, the coordination of events and inspection, etc. Because of her efforts we closed on a house in near record time. She knows the area extremely well, did a great job understanding our needs, and she is an expert on the buying process. Marie was awesome to work with and we recommend her to everyone looking to find a home. If your not working with Marie, you've made a mistake !!!

She also had excellent knowledge of our neighborhood. We would definitely recommend Marie to everyone looking to put their house on the market or looking to buy a house.

ZillowVERIFIED Marie is confident, polished and professional. She is well versed in regards to all aspects of the current market and local real estate trends. She was kind, patient and understanding because this can be a very stressful time and she was there to listen. Because Marie has all these qualities other realtors trust and respect her and she knows about many properties prior to public listing. Also our home had a buzz prior to listing and an offer was made before we even had it on the market. It was listed and sold for the second highest price in our sub divisions history. We had multiple offers in a short period of time. Also the pictures and video of the home were amazing! She has a work ethic I admire and seems to possess a natural love for her chosen profession. I have used Marie for multiple transactions and will continue to use her and seek her advice in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED In my many years of purchasing and selling properties-I will definetly say that Marie Tanabe is hands down the best realtor I have ever worked with!Marie walked into a rather difficult situation where I had listed my home in Valencia Abacoa for an excessively long time with a large real estate company, and the home was not selling. She came in listed and sold the home on the first day listed! The first showing produced a buyer that came in and purchased even the furniture........which gave us a strong buyer that purchased at full price.....I could never have asked for more, from a realtor that is professional, knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to work with. There is not a more knowledgeable, intelligent and hard working realtor specializing in the in Jupiter and Palm Beach Garden's finest homes including Frenchman's Reserve,Mirasol, and Abacoa to name a few.I will be sure to request her help with any real estate transactions I have in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Marie helped me find a home in Palm Beach Gardens, Fl. when I was relocating from the Midwest. She had great communication skills and helped me find properties to view even from a distance. When in town, she showed me many homes in different communities, since I was unfamiliar with the area. Once we found "my home" and I had to return home, Marie took care of all of all of the details to get us to closing without one problem. And going above and beyond the call of duty, she checked on my property for a couple of months before I was able to move here. Not only that, but we have become very good friends since moving here. You will feel like she is a friend to you. She is just that kind of person.
