ZillowVERIFIEDHeather called right away when I selected an interest in a home on Zillow. And took my interest seriously. I appreciated that because other realtors I had met face to face at an open house, exchanged info and then didn't hear from again. She listened and found a house that I love!

ZillowVERIFIED Stephanie represented my wife and I as a Buyer's agent. She was extremely helpful in showing us homes and ultimately in making an offer and getting us through the sales process. She offered excellent guidance in negotiating and researching what a fair price would be in our initial offer. She was incredibly professional in all aspects of the transaction and it went very smoothly as a result. She is very well connected with other resources which proved to be very helpful as well. I highly recommend Stephanie Young and Marie Sue Parsons.

ZillowVERIFIED Stephanie laid out a plan for the purchase of a new home and sale of our existing home. Everything came together exactly how she said. Throughout the process she was extremely professional, responsive and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her to all my friends and contacts. She is not only a skilled realtor but is now a key confidant as well. She should be your first choice of realtors in Santa Barbara.

ZillowVERIFIED Stephanie and Marie Sue provided us with exceptional service. Both were knowledgeable, comforting, and easy to work with. Stephanie helped us find the right house and was patient with all our first time buyer anxieties and questions. She is also part of the Coastal Housing Partnership, which was an added bonus. We would highly recommend Stephanie and Marie Sue.

ZillowVERIFIED I give Marie Sue my highest recommendation. As a first time home buyer, Marie Sue was extremely helpful to me by showing me a wide variety of choices to educate me on features and how they relate to price points, etc. so that I could decide on what I really wanted and could afford. Her extensive knowledge of the Santa Barbara area was invaluable in this regard. She was also skillful in helping me with what turned out to be a difficult but ultimately successful negotiation and home purchase. Closing the sale was made more challenging since I was doing so from 2500 miles away, but Marie Sue had the knowledge and skills to make it relatively easy. She also had the knowledge and contacts to take care of all the inspections I needed before closing the deal.On a second matter, Marie Sue assisted with determining the value of property needed for estate valuation purposes. Again, her experience and knowledge were on full display, preparing the needed documentation in a very professional document.Marie Sue is knowledgeable, helpful, and trustworthy. You could not ask for a better agent to represent your interests.

ZillowVERIFIED I have used Marie Sue several times and had great experiences with her each time. I first used her when we were looking for a specific place for my in laws. She found a place going on the market and we were able to buy it before it actually went on the market. Since then, she helped my ex husband and I sell a rental property. When I needed to move, she helped me find a new house that met my needs and was within my price range within 10 days. A couple of years ago, I wanted to buy a cabin in Big Bear and she was able to refer me to a real estate agent in that area that I was also very happy with. She does a great job and is very in touch with the local market.

ZillowVERIFIED If I could give Marie Sue more than 5 stars, I would! My husband and I turned to her to handle a purchase in Goleta that was contingent on the sale of our SB condo. Both ends of the process absolutely could NOT have happened if it weren't for Marie Sue's cool head and many years of experience in the area, because both the sale and the purchase were fraught with problems. Her connections with other realtors in her office, her knowledge of the SB market, the buying and selling process, and long relationships with go-to people in town make her an awesome realtor. Marie Sue is the consummate professional. She also sold my parents' home in 2000 and helped them purchase again in 2013. She is our go-to person who we've recommended to others again and again over the years.

ZillowVERIFIED We are new to the area and began going to open houses to figure out a location that was right for our family. We met both Stephanie and Marie Sue at a open house. They were both friendly and knowledgeable. Stephanie was able to show us two homes that hadn't even hit the market yet. We never would have found our home without her. We couldn't be more satisfied.

ZillowVERIFIED If you are looking for an agent that will work diligently and collaboratively with you, Stephanie will get the job done. Stephanie was able to sell our house and find find our new home, which had been taken off the market, due to her determination and willingness to go the extra mile. Having Marie Sue assist in the process or when needed provided another agent that was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Our family is enjoying our new home in one of the most desirable school districts in Santa Barbara. It felt great to find a house that met our requirements within our budget. We are grateful to Stephanie for all the effort she put forth to turn our goal into a reality. We would not hesitate to call Stephanie if we wanted to buy or sell a house. Fortunately, we are so happy in our home we will not need an agent at time soon! It is your turn to allow Stephanie to make your dreams come true.

ZillowVERIFIED Knowing how quickly Marie Sue has helped other people sell their homes, we were excited to engage her as our selling agent. She conducted a number of open houses and helped us achieve a 50% increase on our sale price from just 3 years before. Make no mistake - selling a house IS stressful! Marie Sue reduced that stress and her advice and guidelines were very helpful in achieving the sale. Highly recommended!

ZillowVERIFIED We have worked primarily with Stephanie Young. She originally helped us find a condo in Santa Barbara several years ago. She was very professional yet friendly and fun. She kept our criteria in mind while finding us places to look at. We were from out of town and could not just drop what we were doing to come look at a place so Stephanie was extremely flexible and accommodating in being available when ever we could make it. What I particularly appreciated is her willingness and actual encouragement to present a below asking price offer and then worked with the seller to come to an agreement that worked for both of us. She knows the process for completing the purchase or sale and has great contacts for loans and various inspections so it made it much easier to get everything lined up. Because of our excellent experience with her in that first purchase we have stayed in touch and have been looking for an upgrade which we fully plan on using Stephanie and her expertise to help us find. Marie Sue filled in for Stephanie one time when we were looking at a property and her experience was very evident. She had many comments on things to look for while we were looking at the property. I could tell she would be an excellent real estate professional to work with as well.

They were very helpful with the procedure and they knew the best way to market the property and were always in contact letting me know what was going on and what needed to be done. Whenever I had a question or concern, they were available to help. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family who are in need of a reliable realtor. Thank you for a job well done.
