I had used Marie a couple years ago for myself (buy and sell), and this time she helped my elderly father relocate cross country. He wasn't able to go down and see the property before purchasing so Marie went above and beyond to answer any question he had on any property and finally when he was ready to pull the trigger, she took every angle picture/video herself even before her photographer did. Marie is the epitome of a topnotch realtor.
