Review Marie sold our house only 9 hours after it was listed! She is the best realtor Ive ever experienced and the only one that I intend to use. She utilized docusign and email so that we could sign contracts quickly and easily and not have to drive to the office.

Review It was a pleasure working with Marie when purchasing my new home in Moyock. She kept me informed all along the way during the construction phase of my house. Marie represented the builder but was also very fair in making sure my interests as the buyer were also met. She is very knowledgeable about the inspections process and the differences between Virginia and North Carolina. She helped me with my transition over the State line, and I feel like I found a new friend... not just a real estate agent!

Review My wife and I recently had the privilege of working with Marie on both selling our home and buying a new home. Marie was very patient and helpful with both processes. She walked us through every step and made our process very easy for us. Anytime I need to contact Marie she was always quick to respond and if she didn?t have the answer she made sure to find out for us. If your are looking for an agent in the North Carolina/ Virginia area I would highly recommend Marie.

Review I found a house in Moyock that I fell in love with. The house was under contract with another buyer. I was heart broken. Thats when I met Marie. She seen how much wanted the house. She helped us with other listings all the while watch the contract on the house I wanted. The contract on the house fell through and the next morning we put in an offer and bought the house. Review I decided to move to North Carolina after living in Va. for over 25 years. I contacted Marie Disharoon to help me with this difficult, and most stressful process. I must say she was very compassionate about my worries, and concerns. Maries understanding, knowledge, and excellent guidance made everything much easier. When we found a home I really liked she answered all my concerns. She even made calls to reassure me of answers she had clarified. Marie is the best, and I will not hesitate to call on her if I need to relocate or buy again!!

Review It is hard for me to be objective in reviewing someone who was so inadequate so I will stick to the facts. She is impossible to get a hold of. Not once did she answer the first time we called. We either had to text first or leave a voice mail. She openly admitted to not reviewing our HUD prior to closing. She was well aware of our closing date and went on vacation without arranging for another agent to represent us at closing. Its a waste that she received a commission and all she did was wtite up an initial contract. Not sure why she was this way with us. Maybe we werent her type of client but either way she could have referred us or declined us all together. Please look else where.
