Review Our experience working with Marie was incredible! We've had quite a few home purchases in the past and this was hands down the smoothest and most enjoyable one! Marie was very knowledgable about the area and even gave us recommendations in the neighborhood for local restaurants, doggy daycare, etc. She was punctual and quick to respond to all communications. She even worked with the seller's agent to help us back into the condo with our contractor for an estimate on some work before we actually closed on it. Prior to the closing she offered to allow us back into the property a 3rd time to do a final inspection the day before we closed on it. She went above and beyond and I can understand why she has received the recognition she so deserves! We will definitely be calling her for our next home purchase!

Review While serving on active duty in the Air Force medical field for 24 years and in private practice for an additional 20 years, I have had the occasion to buy or sell a residence or income property on the average of every two years. During this period Marie Crabb (Exquisite Properties) is by far the most efficient and professional realtor Ive had the pleasure to work with. She has excellent communication skills and was available to successfully address my issues and questions by phone, email, text or in person 24/7 at any time day or night. As a result, the selling of my rental property (3-bedroom former model home) sold sooner than expected following a difficult Covid sales market. Her extensive networking among her contractors and her fellow realtors was highly effective in a successful Open House and her ability to promptly address issues identified by the housing inspector. Knowing how stressful buying or selling a residence or income property can be, Ive been reluctant to recommend anyone involved in this process. However, this experience is an exception. Review Marie is literally the best realtor in San Antonio. We started the home buying process over a year before we were actually able to buy a place. Due to some set backs we werent able to buy when we were originally were expecting, but Marie not only stayed in touch, but called to check in with us as a family, not just for buying a home inquiry. Once we got the ball rolling, she trekked all over the southern part of San Antonio with us looking for the perfect house/land combo. When we finally found it, she made the whole contract process so easy. She comforted me when things went awry and celebrated with us when we closed. Even after closing when a problem popped up she was just a call away and was immediately stepping up to aid us in getting it fix immediately. She will absolutely get you the BEST deal possible and insure that you and your new home are taken care of.
