I can't think of a single question she did not have the answer for. And she had our best interest at heart! After talking to her for a few minutes I knew she was very kind, intelligent, thoughtful and professional. She was always on top of every aspect of our sale. ZillowVERIFIED Marie is hands down the freaking best! My husband and I got lucky enough to have her as a neighbor (rental home) and her and her family were so welcoming. As time went on we found out she was a realtor so we decided to pick her brain on the buying process and before we knew it we were looking at houses. Anyone who has bought a home knows it is a long process with many bumps in the road but with Marie by our side it was an enjoyable process. She helped us find our dream home and my husband and I couldnt be happier, the only sad thing is that Marie is no longer our neighbor but we are blessed to be able to call her a friend. We dont plan on buying again anytime soon but when we do we know who to call, I will forever recommend Marie because she is very knowledgeable and patient but most of all she has a heart of gold. ZillowVERIFIED What can you say about not just a 5 star realtor but a 5 star individual. Marie was awesome to start working with us in the fall of 2019 when we thought we were relocating to Austin from Salt Lake that year. Unfortunately things didn't pan out as we had hoped but she took the time when we came for a week long visit to show us around, setup appointments, as well as give guidance on not just areas for real-estate but areas we would enjoy getting to know. After months of waiting for something else to materialize to get us to a city we fell in love with, we finally were able to get to Austin the following spring. Through the entire period of waiting up until we were officially on our way to Texas, Marie kept in touch and became more than a realtor, she became a close friend. Her approach-ability, responsiveness and care were so amazing. Once we finally found some homes we liked, Marie took the time to go check them out for us during our second search, as COVID-19 had taken over life for everyone making it difficult for us to go house hunting especially remotely. We made an offer sight unseen only because we had the expertise and support from a truly amazing individual. We had no hesitation or fear going into the deal because we had full trust in Marie as she was able to give us all the best information to be well-informed buyers. She went above and beyond over the last almost year of working with us and now we can say we have a new friend in a new state, you can't always say that with professionals you work with, as often times the interaction ends after your business has concluded. Not so with Marie, even now she checks in on us and reaches out to see how we are settling in and if we need anything at all. Especially during the ongoing COVID issues, it's nice to know you aren't alone and have someone always looking out for you. When we are ready to sell and buy again, Marie will be the first person we call, without hesitation. She's earned a set of customers for life. ZillowVERIFIED Marie is a truly amazing realtor that has been beyond helpful in the house buying process through her superb organization skills, her ability to complete walk throughs, be the middleman with pesky salesmen, ensure every house was seen on my huge list of "must sees" in one weekend, make sure my pregnant self was fed by having pizza delivered to the builders office during contract signing (in that same weekend), having snacks in the car as we traveled to each house on that list AND take delivery on various items to our new home while we are in quarantine here in Mississippi! As a military family, we were on a strict timeline. Thanks to her, we were able to close on our home remotely in an effort to abide by quarantine recommendations.
