She expertly navigated us through our house search, in the middle of the extremely volatile market his last year. She provided us with advice on issues she saw with certain properties (which was seriously helpful given that we were real amateurs when it comes to home buying). Marie answered every text and every phone call, no matter the day or time. She helped set us up with a lender and helped us prepare our offers and materials. She was able to help us get certain repairs done prior to closing and gave us very much appreciated advice when we were in a bidding war and when our sellers were delaying closing. She also helped with all of the permitting and making sure all of the residential permits were required.
