ZillowVERIFIED This is the second house that Marie has helped me purchase. Both experiences have been excellent as Marie is extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the home buying process. She patiently looked at homes with us for nine months before we found the perfect home. Marie provided helpful insight and advice to make sure we were happy and got the best price possible for our home. I'd highly recommend using Marie for any home needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Marie is the best Realtor hands down! I was a Realtor many years ago, and found Marie through a trusted source. She sold my Mom's home, my sisters home, my best friends home and she just sold my home in a week. She knows how to prevent problems and create a smooth process which is so critical for sellers who are dealing with stress and emotions. She's honest, capable, efficient and effective. She's the only Realtor I recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Marie is the greatest real estate agent I have worked with in years. She was referred to us by our dear agent and she has exceeded all of our expectations. She is a hard worker that has your best interest in mind for long term happiness and affordability in finding your home. She is not about just selling you any home and leaving you to figure the rest out after. She is highly knowledgeable and efficient with staying up to date with regulations. She will give you her honest opinion. We came to her with no hopes of finding a home and Marie worked so hard that she found us a home that we love and never expected to be in. Marie is ALWAYS for the client first. I would whole heartedly recommend her to everyone and use her in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED 5 stars isn't enough. She set expectations of honesty and transparency from the very first meeting and overcommunicated every step of the way. She delivered tough news and had hard conversations with us in the highest professional manner. She helped us navigate the sale of our home and she truly was spectacular to work with

ZillowVERIFIED I cant say enough good things about working with Marie. From day one, she made the whole process of selling my home feel a lot less overwhelming. She was super easy to talk to, always quick to respond, and genuinely cared about getting the best result for meaEUR"not just making a sale. She gave really helpful advice on pricing and how to get the house ready, and thanks to her guidance, everything went smoothly. What stood out the most, though, was how supportive and calm she was through the entire process. I never felt like just another clientaEUR"she was totally in my corner the whole time. I'm really grateful I got to work with her and would recommend her to anyone without hesitation.

ZillowVERIFIED Marie represented us when we sold our St. Cloud home in 2024, and we were impressed with her as a sellers agent. Some realtors are skilled at the business side of things, but lack integrity. Others have strong character, but dont have the skills to move a sale forward in an effective manner. Marie is a rare combination of bothaEUR"an insightful and educated realtor with a strong sense of integrity. That makes her trustworthy in terms of her honesty and ability to close a sale. Marie is quick to respond, thorough in her explanations, and will do the legwork to get the information needed to move things forward. We felt she was interested in selling for us rather than using our listing as an opportunity to network her own business like so many other realtors. And she never once acted as if our more-meager listing was any less important than the more expensive sales she regularly closes.

ZillowVERIFIED Marie Collins, what can I say. She is the Best Real Estate Agent Ever. My experience in selling my home was confusing until Marie, then everything went smoothly only because of my Agent. She was a pleasure to work with. She always had a smile, she was always available for questions and of course very knowledgeable of the business.

ZillowVERIFIED Marie was amazing! Any time we contacted her, she was there to answer. We were selling and buying so it got confusing sometimes keeping track of the paperwork for what house. We sent her a list of houses we wanted to look at over the next week or so but Marie it up for us to see 12 houses in one day! We have already recommended her to one of our friends who was thinking of moving from up north to Florida.

ZillowVERIFIED Marie has been a saving grace while buying and selling property for us, especially doing it from another state! I first purchased a condo (with Marie) in 2018 as a second home, 6 years later we wanted to move into a house as we retired. I trust Marie so much that I have her my wishes (no rear neighbors, open concept, quiet area), she found our perfect retirement home and we bought it- sight unseen! We love working with Marie and we loved each location she found for us!

ZillowVERIFIED Buying your first home can be a pretty overwhelming and stressful experience. But not for my family. Marie made the entire process run so smoothly. She was extremely helpful every step of the way. She was honest about the pros and cons about the homes that we toured, so it was clear from the beginning that she wasnt money hungry. She genuinely cares about her clients and wanted to help us make the right decision for our future. Once our offer was accepted, she was excellent with her communication. Not just with us either. She was in constant contact with the sellers agent, the loan people, the inspection agent. She kept us updated and in the loop, and any time we needed information or answers, she would get it for us promptly. She was professional, understanding and so kind to my family. She even got us a house warming gift when we closed on the house. It was an absolute pleasure to work with her.

ZillowVERIFIED Marie and I got connected randomly from Zillow and it was the best match I could have had! She was super helpful and prompt. My husband and I had 1 weekend to fly to florida and look at homes; Marie took us to over 30 homes in 2 days: at the end of the weekend we signed for a new build: the build took over 9 months and Marie was there to support us the whole way. She would visit the house and monitor progress since we were unable to. I would encourage anyone looking for a Relator to reach out to marie. Plus shes funny so during all the stress and madness of home buying she lightened the mood. :)

ZillowVERIFIED Our selling experience with Marie was excellent. She possesses deep knowledge of the business and the market, including the all-important skill of properly pricing a property for sale. We found her to be meticulous in handling the numerous details involved in getting a house into and through the sales process. Once a house gets listed, communication becomes paramount. Marie provided timely information as to who was looking at the house and what their real potential was for buying it . We got a buyer fairly quickly, and once we did, Marie made sure we had all the information we needed to get to closing quickly and with virtually no hassles. We totally enjoyed the selling experience with Marie. She is real estate professional.

ZillowVERIFIED Marie Collins is the consummate real estate professional and broker. This week marks the 5th deal Ive had the pleasure of working with her on over the past twenty years. Her keen ability to quickly adapt to the types of properties you and your family are looking for her and her in depth knowledge of the current real estate landscape are priceless. She was able to successfully translate complex concepts like appraisal concerns/contingencies and escrow refunds into ones that even I could understand. She is able to assess the current competitive landscape and ensure that you are getting maximum value from both the buyer and seller perspective. What further sets Marie apart is her sense of when you might be getting nervous or anxious and her ability to help put your concerns at ease through rational analysis. Whether its the resale, new construction or even rental market I couldnt think of another professional Id consider looking up before Marie!

ZillowVERIFIED Marie was recommended to us by a friend and we could not be more pleased! She was very responsive both via texting and email. If we had questions, she was happy to answer and if she did not have the answer she found it for us quickly. Without us asking, she kept us in the loop with everything, so we never had questions about where we were in the buying process. The week before closing, she had a family emergency and she was STILL on the ball. We could not be more happy with Marie and will absolutely recommend her to anyone looking around the Central FL area!

ZillowVERIFIED I met Marie in 2015 and she helped me to sell and buy a new home simultaneously. She worked extremely hard to get the sale and coordinate dual closings for me on the same day. Marie is very knowledgeable about the market and will fight for you to get the best deal possible. She is a great communicator and listener for all of your buying and selling questions. That is why I called her again in 2020 when I had to sell my home quickly. We had offers on the first day. She is personable and kind and wants to help you in any way possible. ZillowVERIFIED Mare was really terrific in helping us throughout the entire process in buying our new home. Coming from New Jersey, we weren't very familiar with the area and her experience here proved to be invaluable. She worked with us every step of the way, from signing the contract, to the final inspections and closing (and everything in between). Marie has turned out to be much more than a "resource" for us. She has become a friend. I would not hesitate to recommend her assistance to anyone looking to buy or sell a home and I would certainly call her again if we should ever need to look at relocating ourselves. Without question, Marie is the one we trust.??

ZillowVERIFIED What a pleasure working with a competent professional. Marie is very knowledgeable of the area we were looking in, south west of Orlando. We contacted Marie on our way to Orlando based on reviews found online. They did not disappoint, by the time we arrived two hours later, we had lists of qualified homes to purchase. total contrast to the realtor we were using prior to reaching out to Marie. We were able to find a home in a very short period of time and closing within 30 days, wow.She not only helped with the purchasing, but with information on qualified professionals in the area that were more than help full. ZillowVERIFIED We moved from New England to Central Florida with the help and guidance of Marie. We flew down once to look a properties, place and place an offer. Marie not only knew the market, area, zoning, property details, and how to place the winning offer without over bidding, she predicted exactly the house we would end up buying and helped make it happen. After the offer was accepted she stayed involved and cleared the way for the closing. She took care of several issues and potential problems - some we were not even aware of- to ensure we could concentrate on the move and ensure the closing would happen and fit our schedule. I have never heard of an agent being so helpful, knowledgeable and dedicated. We bought our dream home - and are living in it because of Marie and her help!
