ZillowVERIFIED I have now sold two homes and purchased one with Maribel. Each time she went above and beyond, first I tasked her with a complex layout of my first home that didnt sell the previous year for a less amount. She waved her wand and brainstrorms an excellent plan for each section of my house to help potential buyers see the opportunities that could be had. Then while that home was under contract she weaved her way through a VA foreclosure that required someone with experience to help guide me through. Every step of the way she was always available to me. Finally and most recently she helped me sell a rental property on the north east side. She helped a new inexperienced buyers agent with much of the process and helping keep theirs and our paperwork in order. Without her expertise I believe the deal would have collapsed due to the buyer needing to finish closing their home then buying my home. Maribel used her experience and knowledge to keep things on track and helped me navigate through the process with ease. I cant express my appreciation enough for her and the team she works with.. After her team work their magic and selling my first property in days after having it listed the entire year before with another agent and my rental property sold within a few weeks, I have no doubt this Agent can make a tremendous difference to your experience buying/selling a home. ZillowVERIFIED Maribel is one of the best Realtors I have ever dealt with in my life. She is as hard working as they come when it comes to showing you homes to buy and trying to sell your home. She showed us she is experienced! In less than a 3 month period she sold our home by doing relentless showings and doing several Open House events. When doing Open House for our home, she advertised all over the Internet the date and time of the Open House, and, at our neighborhood- EVERYONE passing by within at least a mile knew she had a Open House....LOT's of Signs ALL OVER the place!! For finding us a home, this lady was available to us just about every and anytime we wanted her to show us a house or had questions about one. Our goal was to close on our new home and close on selling our home about the same time........She made it happen! Within just a few days giving us time to move to our new home first, we closed on our old home!!! ZillowVERIFIED Maribel's biggest strengths are her patience and responsiveness. She had no issues whenever we asked questions or wanted to see homes, and always made time for us. The lender she recommended was also much more responsive than others we worked with. While I believe Maribel has a strong knowledge of more suburban neighborhoods in San Antonio, I felt we had more expertise about the neighborhoods closer to downtown that we were considering. If you're looking for a more urban lifestyle, I'm not sure I would recommend her as your agent. Lastly, if you are considering an FHA 203(k) renovation loan, I cannot stress enough the importance of having an agent who understands that process intimately. Interview as many agents as it takes.

She immediately followed up and soon she began emailing listings and ensured it met our specifications. She was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. However, a close friend found us a home and we ended up going with a family member as our agent.
