ZillowVERIFIEDMarianne was excellent! She met with us to understand exactly what we were looking for and was able to find properties to meet our needs. Being local, she was familiar with what areas of town were growing, and which areas to steer away from. We really appreciated her responsiveness throughout the entire process, both on weekends and in the evenings. We had some unexpected challenges with the seller, which Marianne handled with professionalism and grace. We would highly recommend Marianne - she was wonderful!

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Marianne on two different deals. The most recent was a sale of our antique home in the Beaufort, SC Old Point neighborhood. We were out of the country the majority of the time and Marianne helped us with everything. From coordinating service with a gardener to having the home cleaned between showings, Marianne went above and beyond what was expected of her. She will work hard for you, she is honest and fair, she is an incredible person. Thank you Marianne for doing such an outstanding job for us. We appreciate you!

ZillowVERIFIED Marianne is an exceptionally diligent and client-focused real estate professional. She has helped me in the past few years with the sale of one home and the purchase of two. In each of those instances, she impressed me with her depth of knowledge of the Beaufort and surrounding area, helpful suggestions in terms of property and financing options and all around solution-driven guidance and advice to help me find and own the perfect properties. I especially appreciated her constant availability to answer questions in handling both an urgent listing and sale and a simultaneous bid, diligence and closing on a separate property. Marianne comes with my strongest recommendation.

I was looking to sell my home in Bedford South Carolina. I had interviewed several realtors and came across Marianne. She was very warm, engaging and was so well prepared. The other realtors werent really sure how much or what they thought the property was worth. They were going on what I wanted,. The other were not prepared as much as Marianne, Marianne . She had the location down as far as history and also had a little bit of information about several other location and price comparison. She had testimonials from others that had obtained her services. I'm very pleased with Marianne. She was willing to work with me.whatever I asked of her. Her experience and knowledge are something you would be lucky to have. Thank You Marianne.

ZillowVERIFIED Marianne is an absolute pleasure to work with. Shes lived in Beaufort, SC all her life and gave us a tour that was a wealth of information and understanding of our new surroundings. We sold first in Mount Pleasant, SC and she was our realtor for the sale as well as the purchase. She did all her research and clearly had a handle on the area we were moving from. Marianne is responsive to the point that she even kept in touch with us through her vacation. She knows what you want via your alerts of homes available on MLS. She is observant to what you are choosing to look at. She is detail oriented, has tons of great connections and goes above and beyond your expectations. I give Marianne 10 stars and highly recommend her expertise, knowledge and warm and welcoming personality.

ZillowVERIFIED Marianne was very alert to my particular preferences during the initial search process. When a home that I liked had it's contract fall through, she found out about it immediately and promptly got me engaged leading to an eventual successful offer. She has a preferred local mortgage lender who made that whole process quick and effortless. Marianne was very proactive in guiding me through the buying process which really helped because all the players were familiar with each other. I look forward to working together again some day.

ZillowVERIFIED Marianne helped us sell, and then buy another Beaufort home. Through tough negotiations and a sea of details, Marianne was always available to us, guiding us to our goal. Marianne counseled us so frequently, we joked, that now that the sales are complete, I won't have anyone to call and ask what to do. I'm convinced Marianne knows everyone in Beaufort. No matter what the service, she knew who to call to get it done. Simply speaking, this is the seventh home my wife and I have bought or sold in our thirty plus years of marriage, and Marianne is the best agent/representative we ever had!

ZillowVERIFIED As an overseas American looking to buy in Beaufort, I reached out to a number of real estate agents requesting viewing appointments during a visit to the area in May 2019. A US telephone number was required when requesting viewing appointments online, but without having my own US telephone number and the sites not accepting an overseas number, I had to use a family member's number in order to submit my requests. I made it very clear in my submissions that I would need to be contacted by my email rather than by phone. When Marianne was the only agent who read and actioned those instructions rather than contacting my family member by phone, I felt most comfortable with her to assist me with my search. She accompanied me on 7-8 viewings during the course of the one morning I had with her and based on her knowledge and description of each, I made the decision to purchase on that same day. There were two months between offer and closing owing to extensive renovations on the property and Marianne kept me very regularly updated throughout that time. She assisted with electricity, water, security, landscaping and then decoration. Her ideas and suggestions were creative and useful and she drew off her many years of experience both as an agent as well as a Beaufort resident herself. She stood with me every step of the way. The ultimate professional, I can tell she truly loves what she does and I would highly recommend her without hesitation.

ZillowVERIFIED We are not from South Carolina so after some research my husband decided on Marianne. We felt we had made the right choice during our first house tours. Marianne knew the market and seemed to understand our needs immediately. We toured homes on three separate trips and she never stopped finding available options. We finally settled on one and she has continued to guide us through the process of settlement, local subcontractors, furniture stores, and all the things you need to know about moving to a new area. We consider her a new friend and highly recommend her as an agent.
