Marianne was a pleasure to work with. She made sure to help us with every step in selling our house. She made sure that we got the best price for our home and made the transition seamless. She even made sure that we were able to find all of the documents needed for the sale. Any time we needed more information she was able to look it up or research depending on the situation. I would fully recommend her for our next sale. With this being my first ever sale, if I had any questions about what to do next she could provide information, wether it be when to turn off utilities or if we need to adjust our prices compared to market rates.

If the above traits are what's most important to you, you won't find a better realtor than Marianne Quist. I had not bought or sold a house in more than 40 years and was asked by a family member to try to sell a home owned by hoarders that was FILTHY. Not only did Marianne help me locate contractors to clear out, clean out and repair the home, she was there each and every step of the way. I could not have asked for a better advisor throughout the process. If you need to buy or sell a home or property, I highly recommend Marianne. Not using her is your biggest mistake!

Trying to buy a house from a different state is a difficult task, and was made more difficult by doing a sale-contingent offer, but Marianne helped make it easy! She worked around our schedule and was willing to cover a significant area for showings. She had great advice on the process, and provided some good services for us to reference after closing. Overall, I am very happy to have worked with Marianne! And should I have the need in the future, will definitely be reaching out to work with her again.

Marianne and her team are absolutely amazing!! She actually helped my husband purchase the house that we just sold and has helped in buying and selling houses for several of our family members!! We made the mistake of trying to list the house ourselves but quickly realized that wasnt for us! Marianne hopped on to help us immediately and the house had an offer within days of listing it! We were able to sell quickly and didnt have to deal with any of the hassle. Marianne took everything on behind the scenes and made the process super quick and easy for us!! 10/10 would definitely recommend Marianne and her team!!
