He had two houses to sell (his own and his in-laws) and needed to purchase a new house in which fit all of their needs. Marianna had come to the rescue and worked out all the details and was able to get the two houses sold and the new one purchase without any downtime. My wife and I thought... well if she could pull off something like that then she could certainly help us sell our home and purchase our new one. She was incredible! Her knowledge of the real estate space and understanding what we were looking for (and certain things we didn't even know we were looking for..) was superb. She really took the time to cover all the bases and keep us up to date. Even with everything changing with the real estate market in Spring of 2021, she didn't skip a beat and knew how to navigate through it all. She walked us through the process and held open houses several weekends in a row, at our request, as we only had a few weeks between the house going on the market and the thanksgiving/holiday season. We were in contract 30 days after listing it (which was before Thanksgiving). The professional photos of our home were gorgeous which made for an excellent listing. Marianna also assisted with resolving some issues that arose prior to closing.

ZillowVERIFIED Recently, Marianna listed our coop in Queens for sale, which was priced correctly and had full list price offers with 24 hours. She worked as the liaison between us, our buyers, both lawyers, and the coop board because coop transactions are temperamental. She worked hard to close the deal. Similarly, she set us up with searches that sent us emails with new to market homes that fit our criteria for homes we were looking to purchase in the Plainedge area. She took us to several homes and understood what we were looking for in a designated area. Once we saw the house on one of the emails, that turned out to be the one, she got us in for a viewing right away. She was very knowledgeable in helping us decipher a reasonable amount to offer and aggressive in getting our offer in and accepted. She saw both transactions through to close and dealt with any issues professionally. She is easily reachable and is very knowledgeable of the Long Island real estate market. We appreciate all the hard work she did for us and time spent on these deals. Working with her definitely made the experience less stressful than anticipated. Now, most normal humans would at the very least put their existing home up for sale before you purchase a new home. Me?...of course not. I always have to complicate things. Marianna was tasked with the tough job of having to list (and sell) my co-op after I already had my offer accepted to purchase my new home. For those who have owned a co-op (or know someone who has), then you are aware of some of the additional hurdles you must deal with (co-op boards/management arent always the easiest people to deal with). What could have very easily been a stressful experience, ended up being completely seamless and enjoyable (really it was) thanks to Marianna's professionalism, knowledge and positive attitude. Additionally, dealing with my non-stop shenanigans is never easy as well (7272829+ texts per week along with a plethora of emojis). Marianna handled every obstacle like a champ and was the definition of efficient. It's rare to find a real estate agent who is both genuinely friendly and great at their job.
