Mariann came recommended to us by a colleague who had recently been through the relocation process as well. Mariann is very knowledgeable in the process (which was hugely helpful, because we were not) and coached us through it every step of the way. Our house sold in 3 days and Mariann handled the multiple showings and collection of offers/negotiation masterfully. I very much appreciated her respectful yet matter-of-fact approach, and she was very thoughtful to my kids & I as well, understanding we were in a period of tough transition. Mariann is a true professional. From the very beginning when she reviewed the home we were selling, she made some suggestions based on her knowledge of the market and the buyers. Within a day of listing our home, we had multiple offers for over our asking price. She listened to our wants and needs, and helped us find our current home. This was the third time trying to sell my condo. Mariann listed the condo and followed up with each showing. A FORMER 'Friend' now just a bad taste in my mouth. She was all set to pay the full asking price WITHOUT negotiating. The next step she allowed the Seller's agent to back out of a promised termite inspection. she tried to make excuses for people that outright LIED to me including the mortgage guy, who of course SHE recommended. Many, many times unprofessional including EARLY morning texts messages and YELLING at me on phone. She told me "Make sure you make appointments mid-day I have to get my kid and he's WAY more important that your house!" REAL NICE! Also the icing on the cake: "Encouraging me to hurry up and get the mortgage while all along they had an open house and offering the house at a new LOWER price than what I bid on it. TOTAL DISGRACE! There are literally 1000's of agents in the area, do yourself a HUGE FAVOR GO ELSEWHERE!
