ZillowVERIFIEDMariana was an absolute godsend. As first time home buyers, she guided and advocated for us every step of the way. Whether it was being strategic in how we placed an offer to ensure we got the house we wanted, negotiating closing credits, getting quotes from contractors or making sure everything was up to standards at our final walk through, we knew we were in great hands. We couldnt recommend her more, she was an absolute rockstar.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Mariana 7 years ago when purchasing our starter home. We loved her so much that when we saw the house of our dreams, without hesitation, we texted her to ask if she would check it out with us. In true Mariana fashion, she was quick to respond and agreed immediately. Within a week, we had a tour of the new house. Made the decision to place a bid, she had our house ready to sell within another week. She knew exactly how to price our now previous home to receive an offer than exceeded our expectations. She was there every step of the way, and keeps you calm and collected throughout the entire process and beyond. Even down to "we have no idea who to use as a lawyer or inspector" - she has your back. We highly recommend Mariana - she is the best!

ZillowVERIFIED I needed a true professional for my transaction and Mariana over delivered. After spending almost an entire day with photography and drone video takes the finished listing she produced was world class. It generated so many people at the open house that the showing seemed more like a party, with offers being submitted on the spot. Every email was always followed up with a text. I wish I had more properties to sell just for a chance to do business again with her.
