I had talked to many other realtors prior but knew right away that she was a great fit for us. She had lots of experience and had some great ideas (we were thinking about buying a fixer-upper and she has lots of experience doing this herself). During the home buying process, I found her to be very responsive and of course really helpful since this was our first home. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to other people, and I regularly do!

ZillowVERIFIED I can't recommend more professional, pro-active realtors than The Property Mothers (Marian Kubli & Kathy Dobos). They will not stop until they find you your perfect home. I have worked with realtors many times, but have never cone across realtors that not only do I consider them to be my friends, but they realtors that go above and beyond. Now that they found me "My perfect home, I will miss working with them. Thank you Marian and Kathy for all that you've done for me, but thank you mostly for finding me my new home. It was such a pleasure working with both of you.
