Mariah Jeffery

Mariah Jeffery got her start in real estate at the age of 19, when she bought a townhouse to live in during college and rented rooms to roommates. She went on to invest in both residential and commercial real estate, owning and managing over thirty properties. Mariah holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, and is currently the only female in the state of Wyoming to do so. With 16 years+ of experience in real estate, Mariah is capable of overseeing more complicated transactions including 1031 exchanges, seller financing and owner lease-back. With a Ph.D. in engineering, Mariah brings an analytical mindset to marketing and valuing homes. She is well-versed in the latest real estate technology, and offers virtual home tours to all of her sellers to better market her listings.
