ZillowVERIFIEDMariah was amazing to work with! Being a first time home buyer, I asked her to come take a look at a few properties with me so I could get an idea of what I was getting into. I wasn't anticipating to buy at the time, but she was able to hook me up with one heck of a deal! Because of her I was able to purchase my first home that fit my budget at just 22! She helped make this process go so smooth! She was more than willing to help me with any questions that I had, and if she didn't have the answer she would get me in touch with the right people. I loved working with Mariah, and I will definitely be using her services again!

ZillowVERIFIED Mariah Carmichael was nothing short of wonderful and helped us find such a beautiful home. We connected with Mariah through a service that helps military members find a vetted agent. We were out of state, first time homebuyers and it was very important we found someone that we trusted. She listened to all of our wants and needs, was very patient with our changing timelines, and honest during our selection process. She took the time to find us the best selection and didnt try to push anything if we werent comfortable with it. Her job and contact with you doesnt stop at the closing of your home. She has been there for any questions weve had post closing and I absolutely wouldnt choose to have anyone else. Thank you Mariah!

ZillowVERIFIED Mariah is an amazing real estate agent who made buying and selling my house a total breeze! When I bought a house a couple years ago, Mariah made the process way easier than I every could have imagined and made everything easily understandable, even to someone who knows very little about real estate and the home-buying process. A couple years later, when major life changes forced me to sell, she was a massive help in helping me complete the process despite being several states away at the time. I expected the home-selling process to be grueling and difficult, particularly from such a distance, but Mariah made the process about as straightforward and painless as possible. I truly can't recommend Mariah enough if you're looking to buy or sell a home in the mid-Missouri area. She is incredibly knowledgeable and will work tirelessly to make sure you get the absolute best!

She is kind, resourceful, hard-working and dependable--only a text, phone call, or email away any time we needed her. We are very grateful for her help and expertise and as first time buyers/sellers, we certainly could not have done it without her guidance!

ZillowVERIFIED Amazing realtor! I highly recommend Mariah for anybody's home selling/purchasing needs. My recent home buying process was truly the best and least stressful compared to past purchases with other agents. Mariah never left me with an unanswered question or concern and kept me informed with updates from the moment she knew. Not only was Mariah friendly and knowledgeable, but also great with negotiations between the seller and me; helped secure a sooner than expected closing date and even save a lot of money during closing. Definitely five stars across the board!

ZillowVERIFIED Mariah was outstanding! She went above and beyond to help my husband and myself find our first time dream home! She was always available when we had any questions or concerns and always had answers for us, and if she didn't know the answers, she found them out for us! As first time home buyers, we didn't know very much about the process and she helped explain any questions we had and made sure we always understood what was going on! She cared about what we were actually looking for in a house and showed us options with our wants. In the end, she helped us find our dream home in our price range and in a great neighborhood! She really was the best and I would recommend her to anyone!

ZillowVERIFIED This was our first home buying experience and Mariah was absolutely wonderful to work with!! We didn't know exactly what we were looking for to begin with, or what we were doing for that matter, but she took our input and went to work looking for properties that were in safe neighborhoods offering the amenities that we were seeking. She was always happy to answer any question, now matter how many different times and ways I asked it, and she presented us with good outside opinions that let us make smart decisions. Even while 8 months pregnant she was up early on Saturdays and Sundays showing us properties and even those later afternoon (after work) showings when we wanted to look at a property before the weekend began! We closed on our house in just a month from time of making the offer and even though it was a short time-frame to get everything in order Mariah confidently took us under her wing and made sure the process was pleasant and absolutely not stressful to us. I would completely recommend her to first-time buyers who are new to the process, the seasoned real-estate veteran, and everyone else in-between! We will definitely be using her again in the future! Thank you so much Mariah!!
