We met with a couple of agents and knew immediately that Maria was the agent for us. She was very kind and compassionate when we discussed the difficulty in selling the home that we had spent the greater part of our lives in and raised our children in. We also had concerns about selling a home in the middle of the coronavirus outbreak, but Maria worked very hard to promote our home and schedule showings. Surprisingly, Maria had our house under contract in just over 30 days. She walked us through every step of the negotiation process and answered every call and email no matter the time of day. 5 stars are not nearly enough for this lady. She helped us buy our first home in a popular growing area where houses were flying off the market just as fast as they went on! Having her knowledge and experience when buying our first home was extremely helpful at a somewhat stressful time! She was always available to answer any questions and was always willing to go out of her way to work with our schedules. She spoke directly with the lender she recommended and was able to get us pre-approved for an offer in no time! We have been looking for houses on and off for a while now, just using the first realter to respond. It felt as if none really listened to what we were looking for, but just added us to an email chain which bombarded us with random listings. We were very picky in what we wanted and not willing to settle, so Maria understanding that did not overwhelm us with any and everything that hit the market, but only what hit all of our wants! ZillowVERIFIED Working with Maria was such a blessing! Our property had been listed for almost a year with another company with no results. We knew Maria, personally, and asked her to give us her honest opinion about the house and what she would do differently to get it sold. After talking we decided to make the change and Maria became our realtor. She had our house listed and in the first 2 days had more views than wed had in the entire 9 months it had previously been listed. We had multiple showings as well which was a nice change! One thing that made a big difference was the quality of pictures. She and the photographer both have a great eye and work well together to get the shot that will show your homes best qualities and will get peoples attention when browsing on listing sites. Simple changes in angles and lighting make all the difference. Maria made simple suggestions that had great impact on our curb appeal and did not cost much at all to do. She was honest and realistic about what we should ask for and what we should expect. We liked that she told the truth and not what we wanted to hear! We got a better price for our house than we had it listed for during the previous 9 months and she only had it listed for 12 DAYS!! She was there every step of the way; day or evenings. She has great contacts in the real estate community and has really good working relationships with contractors (plumbers, electricians, etc) that have a great respect for her. This allowed inspection findings/concerns to be addressed quickly!! One of the many things we felt like helped in the selling process was that after a showing, if she hadnt gotten feedback, she would personally reach out to get the feedback. That simple step let us know she was with us the whole way and we werent just another random client. She is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. She has a desire to do right by her clients and get the best for them. You never feel like a number with her; you feel as if you are the only client she has! 5 stars doesnt seem like enough when it comes to Maria Wright! Highly recommend her to help sell your home or purchase your dream home!

After initially contracting with another agent from a different real estate company, I was very fortunate to meet Maria (the Gordon Group had been recommended by an acquaintance). I left a message and she called back within the day. She met with me promptly, reviewed things that would enhance the property, and even helped with some of the work. She is the best at being responsive and communicating promptly. When she put my home on the market (after the work had been done), I received an offer the second day. Even though I was moving out of state before the sale was finalized, I felt completely confident leaving Maria in charge. Maria handled everything and worked through the few minor issues quickly. I found her to be professional, honest, responsible, with an excellent knowledge of the market and helpful contacts, and also very personable--with a terrific sense of humor (which can be helpful in stressful situations). I would definitely recommend Maria to anyone who is buying or selling a home.

After getting an understanding of what we were looking for, Maria suggested our new home to us. It's like she was inside my mind! She was with me every step of the way. If someone was not doing their job properly (i.e. perform a well water test), she made sure it was taken care of right away.
