About Maria Walley
I am licensed in both Ohio and Kentucky and sell homes all over Greater Cincinnati. I want to help you sell your home in the shortest amount of time for the highest price. I will work with you to determine the best marketing plan for your home and your needs and help you prepare your home for sale with staging advice and contractor recommendations. I will also help you find the perfect home and be there every step of the way from helping you find financing, through inspections and after the closing to help you find contractors and other specialists to help you settle in your new home. I have lived in Cincinnati most of my life and know the city well. I know the condo buildings through out Cincinnati & Northern Kentucky and can help you navigate the pros and cons of each building. I have won the Circle of Excellence Award every year that I have been licensed and am a Cincinnati Real Estate Ambassador.

FAQ
Work with your realtor to set expectations and a plan. It's a competitive market right now with limited inventory. You need a good plan and an agent who has the capacity to help you.
Be realistic about your goals and pricing. It's a seller's market but the buyers are sophisticated and demanding. If they are going to pay top dollar the property needs to show well. A good agent can help you with staging the property for top dollar or advise you how to sell it "as is"
I've worked with all types of clients. I enjoy helping people whether they are downsizing out of their family home or first time home buyers.
I recently sold a home in East Walnut Hills I worked with the sellers for months advising them on staging and price. We ended up selling it for over 35% more than what the other top agent told her to list it at and we sold it on the first day. This is a common experience for me. I work with my clients to help them get their property to the most appealing state with their budget.
I was very involved in my neighborhood development and had been a real estate investor. I had a strong background in sales and marketing and when I made the decision to sell my business it seemed like a great fit for me.
30+ years of sales and marketing and living in and renovating older homes and condos has given me a lot of practical experience to share with my clients.
