I do not recommend using Maricris Waddy as your agent unless you want to do all the work (besides paperwork) and negotiating yourself. My husband and I had to communicate with the lender as Maricris wouldn't give us any answers or updates as soon as we put in an offer for our home. On top of that she has a very unpolite, rude and demeaning attitude. Whren I finally got tired and asked her for answers, she gave us attitude about contacting the selling agent, she lies to the clients and agents. On top of that she offers a home warranty that will cover the bare minimum and will actually leave you worse off. She will make you do all the work, we had to do the final walk through of our home on our own, and retrieve our own keys at the end of the sale. Trust me as soon as your offer is placed she kicks back and just collects a paycheck from your hard work, she will ruin the reputation of anybody she ever works for, there's a reason why she doesn't sell a lot of homes, she won't even let you see the home peacefully, any suggestions I made to my husvand during the viewing, she would be like no that wouldn't look good there, if it wasn't because we loved the house/neighborhood we would have never used her, she is awkward to talk to from the beginning.

Maricris was very helpful. My husband and I were out of the country during the process of selling our home and we cant thank Maricris enough for her hardwork and dedication in selling our property. She kept us constantly updated. My home was only in the market for less than 15days when it got sold at our asking price. Maricris is awesome and I highly recommend her if you need an agent to sell or purchase a home.

While looking for a home, she was an asset that can not be put into words. Her knowledge of the market climate set my wife and I up for the ideal situation. Her patience with us as we thought through our decision was amazing and in the end, my wife and I backed out for financial reasons. I look forward to working with her agin in the future.
