Review I have sold four homes and I've worked professionally with business contracts and proposals. I consider myself pretty business savvy, but was thrown multiple curve balls I couldn't solve that could have potentially broken the sale. Maria immediately dove into every curveball issue and solved it with the precision only a seasoned veteran with passion and heart for the business can. She would often say "I got this" and it was resolved completely. No other seller's agent came close in the past to immediately resolving issues and helping you get top dollar. Get a good night's rest knowing Maria takes care of all the unforeseen issues selling a home can bring. Review We first met Maria when she responded to our general request to view a house. She responded immediately upon request and was very personable. We liked her immediately!Arrangements were made to view the house the next day. While walking through the house, Maria pointed out things that we didnt even know to look for. She gave her honest opinion about what she saw and what she thought. We looked at another, more expensive home. Again, Maria gave us feedback on what she saw and thought. Much to my surprise, Maria recommended the home with the lower asking price. When it came time to make an offer, her recommendation on a starting asking price was $10,000 less than what I was originally thinking. The point I'm trying to make is Maria is not driven by money or commissions; she is driven by what she believes is in the best interest for her clients. Maria also put us in touch with a lender and home inspector who were equally amazing. We were able to close on our house in less than 30 days. We also enjoyed working with Marias friendly and helpful staff. Buying a home is stressful and they were patient in answering all our questions and returning our emails, text messages and phone calls in a very timely fashion. We could not be any more happy with the Maria and her team and the job they did for us. If you love what you do, youll never work a day in your like. Thats exactly how Maria and her team are. Youd be a fool to pass up hiring Maria as your realtor.

I would wake up with questions in the middle of the night and I would shoot either one of them a text and they would respond immediately. They made us feel like their only clients.
