Maria was always professional, pleasant and understanding throughout my whole house selling ordeal. She was with me through some unfortunate issues I had with the mobile home park owner in 2020 which resulted in me taking my house off the market. When I decided to sell again this year I, of course, called Maria to help me. Once again there were some unforeseen buyer issues. As frustrating as that was for me Maria was always encouraging and kept me informed throughout the process. Finally, a viable buyer was found and my house sold for the asking price. Sensational outcome! Her initial inspection gave tips on lighting, preparation, and aEUR~For Sale sign placement. She held a private showing and open house within five days of signing the Realtor Agreement. The house was under contract in less than a week. Maria worked out all the signing details and all we had to do was show up, sign and close. A perceived nightmare for us that turned out to be a dream experience.

She had a keen understanding of the market and the most important updating items that needed to be done while keeping within budget. This resulted in the house that was on the market for 2 years selling 6 weeks after she took over. I am grateful for her professionalism and real estate acumen. Review Maria is amazing! I personally chose her for the sale of my two properties and couldn't have been more pleased with how easy she made the whole process. Not only was she amazingly responsive to my communications (which any buyer or seller can agree is a 'must have" in your agent) but she went out of her way to ensure my schedule was not impacted with the happenings of the sale. She attended all walk throughs, the home inspections, met with vendors for any repairs that were needed, and met me to have documents signed. Also, Maria has very effective marketing strategies. She went above and beyond the base MLS listing to ensure my property stood out above the rest. She created beautiful brochures that were sent to all real estate agencies in my area and put my property on the list for group realtor tours. The feedback was incredible and both properties had favorable offers in under two weeks!!!Furthermore, Maria is amazing at negotiations. She thinks outside of the box and is able to offer creative alternatives that benefit both parties. When the goings get tough (which is not uncommon in the real estate world) Maria really shines! She welcomes a challenge and uses it as a way to expand her knowledge and hone her skills. I would (and have) recommended Maria and will continue to do so. I plan on selling and purchasing another property in the next year or two and I absolutely will be calling on Maria; who now is consider a dear friend!

Review If you want a realtor who will go above and beyond to help you find the perfect house, I would definitely recommend Maria!Maria was so helpful when my husband and I were buying a house for our family. She helped us to better understand the type of house that we wanted--and to reconcile our differences (I like quaint and cozy homes and my husband likes big and modern ones.) Maria was also great with our two small kids who didn't always want to be looking at houses. And she has excellent people skills, so she helped us to have positive interactions with sellers' realtors and helped us to get great local perspectives from people in the different towns we looked at. (She also knows the best lunch places in many Seacoast towns!)I would definitely, definitely recommend her!
