She noticed things about houses that were not a good buy, houses that would ultimately be huge cash cows, when my financial advisor at the bank treated me like I was a waste of time, she pointed me to Donna who was AWESOME and patient with me as well, both helped me so much through the whole buying process as a first time buyer I was incredibly nervous but Maria was with me 100% of the way. ZillowVERIFIED I cannot imagine a more perfect Real Estate Agent!!! Maria went above and beyond all the way through. She helped deal with a very finicky Seller who was absolutely horrible to deal with. She also helped me find last minute contractors when mine bailed on me. Due to the Sellers high demands, she came to the property numerous times for contractors, even staying 3-8 hours at a time with me...with no heat during cold Michigan weather and no electricity! What a trooper! She even brought drinks and snacks for me and my friends & contractors while we were making some repairs necessary to close the deal on the house. I absolutely recommend Maria! She was such a pleasure to work with, and now that its all done...I totally miss her! ^_^ She was the one person I could always rely on over the whole 4 month process. Thank goodness for her keeping me spirited and hopeful. I could have never done it without her, and now I'm literally in my dream home in Detroit that Ive been wanting for decades! She was on top of everything here in Michigan and got the process started while we were still living in Louisiana. ZillowVERIFIED We were referred to Maria a few years ago through a family friend that she had helped, and we feel very lucky to have had her as our agent. She helped us purchase our first home in Canton as buyers in a seller's market, and was very helpful in responding quickly to new properties, which was important to us and enabled us to find and close on our first home. Then, when a job opportunity came up overseas earlier this year, Maria was our selling agent on that same house. She came out, assessed our updated property, and gave us an estimate even higher than what we thought we could get. However, trusting her judgment, we had her list at this higher price and were under contract, at full asking price, with the very first family that saw it! And she was able to help facilitate this sale while we were traveling back and forth from Europe, while always being available and flexible, wiling to communicate via calls, text, email, and even WhatsApp. She even allowed us to give her Power of Attorney, where she was at closing for us (while we were on the phone), handled all of the paperwork, and even deposited the check into our account for us. Overall, Maria went far above and beyond what we'd been told to expect from a Real Estate Agent, and plan to have her help us again when we move back to the US.

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Maria Reyes from 3DX on purchasing my first home. Right from the start she put me at ease and asked about all of my criteria and requirements. We saw houses the next day! She took me to see probably fifty houses in the four months I was working with her. She was very responsive, most realtors would probably give up after the first 15 houses they show if the client does not buy not Maria. I am not sure how she even had any other clients. She makes you feel like you are her only client. She gave me her undivided attention and was very responsive - within minutes of inquiry. We wrote 4-5 offers - turnaround time about an hour!! Also everything is electronic and very convenient. No need to fax or scan anything. She is a great multi-tasker - she even responded to my emails from abroad while on vacation! You will have to sign an exclusivity agreement but not after you a comfortable with her style. I am so happy I called her. If you need someone who is proactive, knowledgeable and professional, I would definitely recommend Maria Reyes.
