From the moment she contacted me, she was very helpful and made us feel like we were in good hands. She found out what our needs were and immediately starting sending us properties that were within our budget. Whenever we saw a house that we wanted to tour, Maria made sure that she was available to show us. We never felt pressured into buying a house that wasn?t right for us. When we finally found our dream home and wanted to make an offer, Maria went straight to work even with her being on vacation, she answered our calls and messages. There was never a time in our process that we ever felt alone. And when another offer was made on the house that we wanted, she knew just what to do to turn things in our favor. When they accepted our offer, Maria was able to recommend an inspector, lawyer, and even a loan offer when we needed a new one to help us start the process of buying our first home. The process went very smoothly and when we had questions, Maria was there with the answers. And in the end Maria was by our side at the closing. My husband and I don?t know what we would have done without her, we will forever be grateful for her.
